1. Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, the security deposit is refundable, however, the amount refunded back to you will depend on the condition of your unit when you move out. A final walk-through will be done at the time of your move out and depending on the items listed on the report to bring the unit back to rent-ready condition your refundable amount will be calculated. 2. Who needs a cosigner?

Individuals who do not meet the income/credit criteria may qualify for a co-signer when applying for a vacancy.

3. You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

4. How do I pay rent?

Rent can be paid online through your tenant portal that will be activated upon moving in, if not rent can be paid at our office in person. Rent is only accepted in the form of Money Orders and Checks, we do not accept cash.

5. I want to get a pet. What do I do?

If you are interested in getting a pet please contact our rental desk at 562-479-0101 or email us at info@terrabellamanagement.com, additional pet fees and deposits will have to be paid if a pet is approved.

6. I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

 Please contact our rental desk at 562-479-0101 or email us at info@terrabellamanagement.com to set up an appointment to discuss further this process.

7. My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Once your lease expires, it continues on as a month-to-month lease. Once you have decided the date you are ready to move out please call our rental desk on 562-479-0101 ext 204 and give your move-out notice at a minimum of 30 days prior to the move-out date. Once you get in touch with the rental desk you will be informed regarding the next steps of this process

8. Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

We will work with the property owner to take care of any maintenance issues that arise out of your control in your unit during your stay. If the tenant is found to be responsible for damaged caused to the unit, tenants will be responsible for those charges. All tenants are required to obtain renters insurance at the time of moving in.
